This stunning accommodation offers some sea views, parking for two vehicles, WiFi and broadband, Sky TV, and an attractive lawned south facing rear garden.
Just a short stroll from the beaches and welcoming Crab & Lobster pub and restaurant which is open 7 days a week, the house is equipped to the highest standard with an impressive kitchen, dining area and sitting room - with some sea views across the open countryside.
The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom with superking size bed has a modern ensuite with a full-size bath and large walk-in shower with digital thermostat. The second bedroom has a comfortable superking size bed and wall mounted TV and the third has a bunk bed and built in storage cupboard. Both the second and third bedrooms have use of an additional ground floor shower room and wc. A cot bed is also available on request.

The large open plan kitchen-diner includes a fridge, freezer, built-in Neff oven, ceramic hob and microwave, dishwasher, Krups Nespresso coffee machine, a Sage citrus press and a wine fridge. DAB Roberts radio, Bose Bluetooth speaker.
The spacious dining area benefits from stunning natural light due to the cathedral style floor to ceiling windows. The dining table comfortably seats six, and for those who enjoy al fresco dining there is a Weber gas barbeque on the decking area with comfortable and adjustable seating for eating and lounging. The sunny lawned garden has wooden garden furniture and far reaching views to both Culver Down and the sea.
The sitting room is situated on the upper floor and again benefits from attractive views and comfortable seating. With velux windows, a 60 inch television and a light an airy feel, it's a great place to relax during the day or evening. Adjacent to the sitting room is a handy utility room with washing machine and heated clothes dryer.
Professional hairdryers and games also available for guests use.
