With three very comfortable bedrooms, a private driveway and pleasant gardens to the front and rear, Pebble Beach is just three minutes' walk to two lovely beaches and close to all the many attractions and amenities that draw visitors to Bembridge year after year, and yet it is also in a quiet cul-de-sac location opposite a lovely former farmhouse dairy.

The heart of the home is its open plan kitchen and lounge/diner with their modern amenities and a sunny south-facing outlook. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with plenty of utensils and crockery and a built-in radio/smartphone dock and speaker system, plus a range of appliances including a gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The lounge area is furnished with large comfortable sofas, a dining table, 48-inch smart TV and a DVD player.

All three bedrooms feature hypoallergenic quilts and pillows together with quality cotton bedding. The main bedroom has a luxurious superking-size bed, a mini-wardrobe and drawers. There are two comfy single beds in Bedroom 2 and a further single in the third bedroom, both with drawers and clothes-hanging facilities.

Pebble Beach has two well-appointed bathrooms - one with a bath, the other with a walk-in power shower; both have shaver points and the use of a toothbrush charger.

At the end of the hall is a set of French windows leading out to a split-level deck with a wooden dining table and chairs, and a separate small patio with a bistro-style table and chairs. There is a parasol for sunny days, and outdoor lighting for sitting out on starry nights! There is an outside store with extra chairs, beach furniture and games - and space for any bikes or other large items you are welcome to bring.

The driveway has space for two vehicles, and there is central heating throughout, together with free wi-fi and the use of a washing machine.

As well as two pebble and sand beaches with ever-changing views towards the Solent and the English Channel, the renowned Crab & Lobster Inn, an excellent general store and post office, a beachside cafe, the RNLI lifeboat station and gift shop, and the Bembridge Heritage Centre are all a short walk away.

The village centre and Bembridge Harbour are a further 10-15 minutes walk, or a two minute drive, where you'll find a fishmonger, butcher, florist, bakery, farm shop, Boots, a Co-op and several gift shops, together with two churches, a library, four cafes, three pubs, two restaurants and a chippie! The nearest major supermarket and petrol station is Tesco, a seven minute drive.

Further afield on the island there is a wide choice of eateries, all sourcing local produce including award-winning beef, dairy, seafood, fruit and vegetables - and garlic! In or near Bembridge is a range of sailing, cycling, horseriding, fishing, watersports, golf and other activities, and the Isle of Wight Coastal Walk passes the end of our road. There are several lovely towns and villages including Seaview, Godshill, Cowes, Shanklin and Freshwater Bay - and too many countryside walks and sandy beaches to mention. Notable English Heritage, National Trust and other major island attractions include Osborne House, Bembridge Windmill, the Needles Battery, Newtown Nature Reserve, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Shanklin Chine and the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary.
