Within an easy stroll of award winning Bembridge's village and beaches, Brookfield accommodates up to 8 holidaymakers in three king size beds plus a twin room, with the advantage of one bedroom plus a wet room on the ground floor.
In total three bathrooms (one with bath and walk in shower, one ensuite and one wet room).
Brookfield is a large, light house 3 minutes walk from the centre of the village and 10 minutes walk from the beach. It has private parking for 1 - 2 cars and a wonderful sunny enclosed garden with a large terrace and outside dining furniture.
From the garden two sets of double doors open on to a sunny living room with television and DVD player. This leads on to the dining area which seats 8 and adjoins the kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer etc. There is an adjoining snug with a television.
A short corridor leads to a large wet room (ideal for showering when coming home from the beach) and a utility room with a gas cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, large ceiling airer and double sink with shower attachment (excellent for washing small dogs on returning from the beach!).
The living area has a door which leads to the hallway and wide staircase. The downstairs bedroom is accessed from the hall. It has a bay window and is furnished with a king size bed, side table, armchair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a bay window, king size bed, wardrobe and ensuite shower room. Next to this room there is a large room with two single beds and a wooden cot and fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom is very large with a bath and walk in shower. There is a bedroom overlooking the back garden with a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and armchair.
The house has many original features and has been thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is ideally set up for a mixed generation holiday.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your help with our stay at Brookfield. It was a gorgeous property and absolutely perfect for our holiday. Bembridge is a beautiful part of the Island and we loved every minute. We managed to get out and about and see a lot of the Island and will definitely be back for another visit.
